• You wish to raise a general enquiry about letting, for which the association has some specific publications (which can be downloaded from the web site).
• You have a query regarding a member or someone claiming to be a member.
• You wish to check if an agent is a member (this can be found on the website under Agent Search).

Please do not contact ARLA if you are experiencing a problem with an agent who is not a member. We do not have jurisdiction over these agents and cannot comment on their activities.
