After graduating from University College London, Robert spent 12 months in the Intellectual Property Department of Allied Domecq in the City before going on to Law School and qualifying as a solicitor with the Birmingham firm formerly known as Edge and Ellison.

A partner of Dutton Gregory since 1987, he founded the Landlord and Tenant Department in 1993. Robert’s work includes more complicated dilapidations and possession cases and work for a number of clients with large block management portfolios.

 A former estate agent and MD of a multi-disciplinary property consultancy, Duncan has been involved for several years in designing and implementing innovative information management systems for businesses and large projects, including a key element of the London Olympics.

With the exponential growth in cyber-crime and the imminent introduction of the General Data Protection Regulations, (GDPR) Duncan, as MD of Millbridge Systems Cyber Security, has been helping organisations understand what reasonable, proportionate and cost-effective steps they should take to protect themselves.

Neil Martin has a vast wealth of knowledge about information technology, sales and marketing enabled him to launch an online business that received over 1 million visits in the first 18 months. Neil is an in-demand speaker on personal branding and creating an online presence.

Neil’s experiences have been featured by various media including the BBC, the Huffington Post, Thrive Magazine and the documentary Super Juice Me,  he is also an award winning speaker who can regularly be found sharing his story and strategies to help inspire others at seminars and events throughout the UK and internationally.

Neil’s talk is aimed specifically at those in a position where they are looking for customers, deals, leads, contacts or for J.V’s to be drawn to them, helping professionals and experts free themselves up from the burden of advertising costs, instead utilising their knowledge and expertise to attract business.

 Peter first became an ARLA member in 1991 attending the London meetings hosted by one of the founders Mr John Birch. Since 2011 Peter has been an active, outspoken and hard-working participant in the development, growth and influence of our association. He remains passionate about the Lettings industry, its role in the future of Housing in the UK, and the absolute need to bring about full regulatory control to ensure protection of the consumer.

 A property professional for over 30 years, in both the overseas and UK market. He has acted as a consultant to foreign governments, listed companies, and high wealth individuals on all aspects of their UK based property asset.

He currently acts as a consultant in all aspects of Residential Lettings, Property investment, Portfolio building, compliance and Regulation, and is Chairman of Simplify Housing Limited, who offer modular housing solutions.
