Neil Martin has a vast wealth of knowledge about information technology, sales and marketing enabled him to launch an online business that received over 1 million visits in the first 18 months. Neil is an in-demand speaker on personal branding and creating an online presence.

Neil’s experiences have been featured by various media including the BBC, the Huffington Post, Thrive Magazine and the documentary Super Juice Me,  he is also an award winning speaker who can regularly be found sharing his story and strategies to help inspire others at seminars and events throughout the UK and internationally.

Neil’s talk is aimed specifically at those in a position where they are looking for customers, deals, leads, contacts or for J.V’s to be drawn to them, helping professionals and experts free themselves up from the burden of advertising costs, instead utilising their knowledge and expertise to attract business.

Nik oversaw a two-year expansion programme opening over 120 lettings branches across the country, the largest sustained expansion programme ever undertaken by a UK lettings agency.  Nik’s current brief is to oversee the Connells Group’s Corporate Lettings business working with asset managers, institutional investors and the PRS sector.  

Nik’s background has always been in lettings having worked in the industry for 21 years including 12 years at John D Wood & Co. running their lettings business.

 A former estate agent and MD of a multi-disciplinary property consultancy, Duncan has been involved for several years in designing and implementing innovative information management systems for businesses and large projects, including a key element of the London Olympics.

With the exponential growth in cyber-crime and the imminent introduction of the General Data Protection Regulations, (GDPR) Duncan, as MD of Millbridge Systems Cyber Security, has been helping organisations understand what reasonable, proportionate and cost-effective steps they should take to protect themselves.
