Rebecca Durrant is a Tax Partner in our Manchester office specialising in Private Client work. This involves advising clients on all aspects of the tax system in particular income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, non-resident issues and trusts. Her particular specialty is advising business owners on how best to structure their remuneration and assets tax efficiently during their working life, always with a view to protecting their wealth for themselves and their families into retirement and beyond.

Rebecca speaks regularly at our in-house seminars and contributes to the firms tax briefings and publications.

Senior Policy & Campaigns Officer, Propertymark

Tim joined Propertymark in July 2015 having previously worked as a Researcher for MEPs and an MP. He helps ARLA Propertymark members understand key policy issues and legislative changes. Tim responds to consultations and attends meetings on behalf of Propertymark to extend its influence with other organisations and the government. Tim has played 200 National League Rugby Union games and is a local Councillor in Rugby.

Peter’s career as a property professional began over 30 years ago, during which he has covered every aspect of the lettings market. He has been actively involved with ARLA Propertymark and now in his second spell as President is determined that with the announced move to full regulation, we play a major role in the creation and enforcement of the regulatory framework.

Victoria joined the Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance (DAHA) in 2017 to lead on a National project which aims to improve the response to domestic abuse in the Private Rented Sector.  She brings her expertise from working nearly 25 years in local government, transforming services, creating partnerships and leading teams to deliver effective private rented sector services for both landlord and tenant.
