Michael is the Tenancy Deposit Scheme’s Director of Dispute Resolution. Having trained as a solicitor, Mike has been involved in dispute resolution for over 20 years, including senior positions at Trading Standards and at Qualitas, the Furniture Ombudsman.

Mike joined TDS in 2006 and is now responsible for the management of its dispute resolution services.

 A former estate agent and MD of a multi-disciplinary property consultancy, Duncan has been involved for several years in designing and implementing innovative information management systems for businesses and large projects, including a key element of the London Olympics.

With the exponential growth in cyber-crime and the imminent introduction of the General Data Protection Regulations, (GDPR) Duncan, as MD of Millbridge Systems Cyber Security, has been helping organisations understand what reasonable, proportionate and cost-effective steps they should take to protect themselves.

ARLA Propertymark, Chief Executive

David Cox is Chief Executive of ARLA Propertymark. He joined ARLA, Association of Residential Letting Agents, in January 2014 bringing a sharply focused policy and stakeholder engagement perspective. David has worked alongside a diverse board of experienced practitioners from across the industry to transform ARLA into ARLA Propertymark, an organisation which protects consumers through measures including Client Money Protection, campaigning for mandatory regulation of the lettings industry and raising professional standards. David has held senior policy roles at the National Landlords Association (NLA) and the International Union of Property Owners (UIPI); a trained barrister, David has also acted as Parliamentary Advisor to a well-known backbench MP.
