I am Assistant Director of Dispute Resolution at TDS.  I recruit, train and mentor our Adjudicators.  I write complex reports, respond to complaints about our decisions, represent TDS in court action and often present at events and conferences.  Prior to joining TDS I practiced Law in the City of London for many years, specialising in real estate.

He is accountable for all activities related to the generation and management of new business income, preventing the loss of existing business premiums and contributing to the overall direction of the Society.

Philip has been working in the south west property market for almost 40 years, having started in sales before transferring to lettings 25 years ago. He has been an active member of both NAEA and ARLA Propertymark over that time; and has been a Board member for the last 5 years. He is passionate about the industry and wants to engage with members and share that passion and pride for what we do.

After graduating from University College London, Robert spent 12 months in the Intellectual Property Department of Allied Domecq in the City before going on to Law School and qualifying as a solicitor with the Birmingham firm formerly known as Edge and Ellison.

A partner of Dutton Gregory since 1987, he founded the Landlord and Tenant Department in 1993. Robert’s work includes more complicated dilapidations and possession cases and work for a number of clients with large block management portfolios.

I have been working at Rentokil Property Care for over 23 years, starting as a sales negotiator, surveyor, service manager, branch manager and now area manager. I was the first surveyor from Rentokil selected to sit the CSTR and CSSW industry exams which paved the way for all of our surveyors to follow suit. I pride myself on the level of service we give and the ability to provide the correct solutions to clients big or small.
