Initially in the financial sector and for over 5 years in the energy sector specialising in domestic properties.  I am a qualified Domestic Energy Assessors and Green Deal Advisor and have extensive experience with all government schemes relating to energy efficiency.  This includes RHI, Feed in Tarriff, Green Deal and Energy Company Obligation.

I advise my clients on energy saving and carbon reducing measures such as efficient traditional heating systems,  renewable energy sources, insulation and lighting. lighting.

Gareth Williams is the Collections Transformation Manager at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, and has worked within the collections environment at utilities for almost 30 years.

He has spent the last two years increasing awareness of the Non-Owner Occupier Regulations 2014 across both the Private Rental Sector and Social Housing Sector, as well developing the policies and processes that Dŵr Cymru apply as a result of the introduction of these regulations.

After graduating from University College London, Robert spent 12 months in the Intellectual Property Department of Allied Domecq in the City before going on to Law School and qualifying as a solicitor with the Birmingham firm formerly known as Edge and Ellison.

A partner of Dutton Gregory since 1987, he founded the Landlord and Tenant Department in 1993. Robert’s work includes more complicated dilapidations and possession cases and work for a number of clients with large block management portfolios.
