Important announcement
regarding membership & training
Following the amalgamation of ARLA and NAEA,
arrangements for possible joint memberships are being discussed and all
members will be kept aware of developments in this area. Updates will be
available on this website.
A new Licensed Firm Scheme is being investigated for
both NAEA and ARLA members over the next few months and members will
again be kept informed.
Members and non-members who have passed the ARLA
Competency Tests will be contacted regarding individual ARLA membership
over the next few months.
After October 5th 2007 no further registrations for
the ARLA Competency Test will be accepted and those wishing to join ARLA
will be required to pass the Technical Award in Residential Letting and
Property Management or an acceptable equivalent relevant qualification.
