Why Join the Association of Residential Letting Agents?

Designations:
As a member of the ARLA, at Member or Fellow grade, you can use designatory letters to display to clients that you belong to ARLA.

Corporate Grades of Membership:

Membership of the Association of Residential Letting Agents is open to individuals practising in residential letting and property management agency who accept the Association’s aims and Byelaws.

FELLOW Grade
Applicants must hold the NFOPP Diploma in Residential Letting & Management or a comparable, nationally recognised, qualification approved by the Association for membership. In addition the applicant must have at least 5 years experience in letting agency and be able to provide details of this.

Subscription fee £175.00 per year

MEMBER Grade
Applicants must hold the NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management, or a comparable, nationally recognised, qualification approved by the Association for membership.

Subscription fee £175.00 per year

STUDENT Grade

* STUDENT MEMBERSHIP – SUMMER PROMOTION! *
Make an application to join ARLA as a Student Member during August and September and we will waive the £50 non-refundable application fee, reducing your first year’s costs by almost one third. Student Membership is open to company employees who wish to study for the NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. The Student grade of membership is not available to company Principals(Sole Traders), Partners(Full Partners) or Directors(as listed on Companies House).

Note to applicants:

Please ensure you read the "Notes for Applicants"(attached to the application form), the ARLA Code of Practice, the ARLA Byelaws and the NFoPP Memorandum & Articles of Association carefully before submitting an application. All applications are subject to a £50 application fee. This fee is not refundable under any circumstances and should be provided separate to the subscription fees.
