Horsham has recently been ranked in the top five best places to
live in the UK and has featured three times in Channel 4
property experts Kirsty and Phil's Top 10 places to live in the
UK. As the area's biggest lettings agent, ARLA member,
Courtney Green, has seen a significant increase in the number of
people keen to relocate to the area, with May being the best
letting month of this year so far.
The new ranking looked at 50 different factors, with Horsham
scoring highly across all of the categories.

combination of town and country, with great schools, employment
rates, good amenities, a sense of community, proximity to Gatwick
