Introduction of tenant information pack in the PRS

A consultation was held from February to May 2012 seeking views
on the proposed introduction into the private rented sector of a
tenant information pack. Opinion was sought on what should be
contained within the pack, what the pack should look like, and how
it would work in practice. This document contains the responses
received from individuals and organisations willing to make them
public.
The consultation ran from February to May 2012.

We await an official Scottish Government response but will of
course continue to monitor for this.
