Mandatory registration of letting & managing agents

The Welsh Government has launched a
consultation on its plans for the private rented sector, and
its proposal to introduce legislation that would require the
mandatory registration and licensing of private landlords, as well
as letting and managing agents in the private rented housing
sector.
The consultation is now open and closes on 17 August
2012.
