Propertymark Ad campaign kicks off again!

The second stage of our high profile advertising campaign to get Propertymark in the hearts and minds of consumers has been running since the new year.

Building on the success of the first stage of our campaign, which was launched back in September 2017, we are now focusing our reach further into audiences identified as likely to be on the brink of a ‘life event’, as this can increase the likelihood of a property transaction.

Our TV advert forms the major element of our advertising campaign, as contrary to popular belief, the bulk of screen viewing remains in-home, commercial linear TV viewing via a TV set.

The advert is running across peak viewing time spots on Channel 4 and More 4 within programmes including Four in a Bed, Grand Designs, Penelope Keith’s Coast Villages, The Supervet, The World’s Best Diet and A Place in the Sun.

Alongside this we have for the first time, used Sky Adsmart, a tool which allows different adverts to be shown to different households who are watching the same programme. This means that households can be specifically targeted based on factors like age and life-stage.

Our campaign now continues across social media channels with content designed to engage consumers in discussion around the hot debates within buying, selling and renting along with signposting to articles packed with advice, tips and guidance.

All of this aims to engage audiences, boost the SEO of the Propertymark site and drive consumers through to our Find an Expert pages. Audience figures for the campaign so far have totalled around 45 million and continue to become more targeted, increasing the likelihood that they will engage and look for an agent offering Principled, Professional, Propertymark Protection.

To maximise the benefit of our advertising campaign to your business, you're involvement is key, so don't forget to proudly advertise that you are a Propertymark Protected business, and use your membership as a selling point to potential new clients.
