Ever fancied being an ARLA Propertymark Regional Rep? Well, now's your chance.

A handful of our fabulous representatives are reaching the end of their terms, so we now have the following regional representative vacancies available:

Region 1: Cornwall
Region 3: Herefordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands, Worcestershire
Region 7,8: Central London
Region 11: Bedfordshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire
Region 12: North East
Region 15: Surrey
Region 20: South Wales
Region 25: Yorkshire
Region 26: Gloucestershire, Bristol, Bath, N & NE Somerset

Speak out and speak up for your region!

Whilst there is common ground for the lettings industry across the UK, every region has its own markets, idiosyncrasies and challenges. For our organisation to best represent all of our members, it's essential that we work with you. This is why we have Regional Representatives; to be a conduit, the link between members, our head office in Warwick, and the board.

So if think you've got what it takes to represent members from across the range of businesses in your area, whether they be an independent firm with a single office or a large chain or franchise, we want to hear from you.

You'll speak out and speak up, to help influence the direction of ARLA Propertymark, and give your region a voice to ensure that what we do as an organisation reflects the industry as a whole.

Of course, it's a two way street. You'll also help get key messages across to our members and promote our organisation in the best possible light to consumers. Ultimately you need to believe in the work we do as an organisation and ensure that landlords and tenants across the UK are asking their agent 'are you Propertymark Protected?'.

The term for each of the above posts is three years and the deadline for applications is Friday 15 June 2018.

To apply, you'll need to have good local knowledge of the lettings market for your region and been an ARLA Propertymark Protected member for at least two years. You'll be a confident speaker and if you've got any experience of working with PR agencies, being in front of a camera or being interviewed for local and regional media all the better.

For a full person specification, please download the application form.

We look forward to receiving your application and discussing how we can work together to help make ARLA Propertymark even better.

Do I get paid?
