Propertymark and Letflo announce Tenancy Builder tool update

Tuesday 13 March 2018

Propertymark members will already have been able to enjoy certain benefits when using Letflo, but now we’re able to confirm that you can take advantage of increased and improved functionality when it comes to providing a full tenancy onboarding package.

A range of new changes have been now been introduced, which are designed to continue to help you meet the ever-growing legislative demands and financial restrictions placed on the lettings industry.

The Letflo system now integrates with DocuSign, allowing users to electronically sign tenancy documents and therefore save time and increase efficiency. You will be able to either plug in their own DocuSign account or purchase DocuSign credits from Letflo at a cost of £1.50 each. The use of the Tenancy Builder itself will still solely be a Propertymark member benefit and Propertymark members will have the ability to create unlimited numbers of tenancy agreements for free.

The cost of Letflo credits for the creation of a Key Tenancy Information Pack has been reduced to £1.50 each. Both existing and new Letflo customers will receive 10 free Letflo credits to use within three months. Additionally, while tenancy agreements will continue to be based on the Propertymark AST template, bespoke additional clauses can now be incorporated to allow users to be more flexible in their approach.

David Cox, Chief Executive of ARLA Propertymark, said: “The new features and changes within the Tenancy Builder reaffirms ARLA Propertymark’s commitment to ensuring comprehensive levels of assistance to all our members.”
