Propertymark announces release of Tenancy Builder tool and partnership with Letflo

Propertymark is pleased to announce the release of a brand new Tenancy Builder tool to enable members to easily build tenancy contracts from scratch.

Propertymark is also partnering with Letflo, a tool developed by Fixflo to help letting agents ensure that they are complying with Section 21 regulations. The two applications will work in tandem to provide a full tenancy set-up package for Propertymark members.

Propertymark’s Tenancy Builder allows users to generate a bespoke agreement and paperwork package based on the Propertymark standard AST at the beginning of a tenancy, significantly reducing administration time when new tenancies are agreed.

With the Deregulation Act of 2015 making it even more important for landlords to ensure that their Section 21 paperwork is complete and in order, Letflo offers significant innovation from a trusted brand by helping users check that they have all the relevant information and have taken the necessary steps to properly serve a Section 21 Notice. Propertymark members are able to use ten free Letflo credits, where each credit equals one tenancy.

This partnership is the latest step in the burgeoning professional relationship between Propertymark and Fixflo, which both parties hope will progress to new heights in the coming months and years as they continue to help agents meet the ever-growing legislative demands and financial restriction placed on the lettings industry.
