The Association of Residential Letting Agents is committed to raising standards within the letting and property management profession through qualifications and training. We offer a range of specialist short courses and workshops aimed at staff at all levels, many of which support and compliment our qualifications programme. The National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) Awarding Body offers nationally recognised qualifications in letting and property management at two levels; the Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management and the Level 5 Diploma in Residential Letting and Management.
