ARLA Courses
The ARLA short courses have been created to offer a wide range of training opportunities for those working in Residential Letting and Property Management.
The programme has been designed to:
--Ease new comers into the industry with ‘introductory' classes.
--Refresh existing experience with up to date knowledge.
--And provide you with the confidence of expanding your business.
The Letting and Property Management programme covers a wide range of topics, that are pitched at certain levels e.g. introduction, intermediate and higher. This is to aid a variety of individuals working within the industry.
Topics include:
--Residential Letting and Property Management.
--Block Management.
--Essential Business Skills.

APIP Courses
APIP have designed two courses. One is aimed at supporting individuals with less than 6 months experience, and the other is for those who are more established in the industry.
The introduction course is a one day training experience, covering all the essentials in providing a professional inventory.
The accreditation course begins with a workshop in the morning, followed by a short examination in the afternoon(This examination is compulsary for membership).
