NFoPP Awarding Body is a sister organisation to ARLA and offers specialist, regulated property qualifications. NFoPP Awarding Body qualifications can be completed flexibly through home or supported study and meet the requirements to join ARLA. Qualifications are nationally recognised by employers and recruiters so are the perfect starting place to becoming a residential letting agent or advancing your career.

The following introductory qualification is ideal for candidates who wish to enter the industry, have little or no experience and do not hold a qualification of a higher standard within residential lettings.

Employees will be eligible for ARLA membership with this qualification, however Principals, Partners or Directors will need to obtain the Technical Award.

Ideal for candidates who have experience and want to improve their existing knowledge. There is no requirement to hold the Award in Introduction to Residential Property Management Practice in order to undertake this qualification.

To help you progress your career this exciting qualification is that next step after achieving the Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.

You must have achieved the Technical Award in order to undertake this qualification, which is accepted for the ARLA Fellow grade
