Qualifications accepted by ARLA for membership

The National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP) Awarding Body is ARLA’s sister company. The qualifications offered by NFoPP Awarding Body are suitable for you to meet the criteria for ARLA membership.

The NFoPP Awarding Body QCF qualifications are the perfect starting place if you would like to work as a residential letting agent.

NFoPP Level 2 Awards and Level 3 Technical Awards

These qualifications are home study and are set at the required qualification level in order to become an ARLA Member.

To join ARLA at member grade employees are required to hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification. Whereas Directors are required to hold a Level 3 qualification as a minimum.

NFoPP Level 4 Certificate

NFoPP Awarding Body also offer a Level 4 Certificate, which along with of five years industry experience allows you to apply for the Fellow Membership grade.

The Level 4 Certificate in Residential Letting & Property Management is only available in England & Wales and builds upon the knowledge gained within the Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management England & Wales.

The NFoPP Awarding Body is regulated by Ofqual and the qualifications offered are approved and regulated by Ofqual and will attribute all learners with credits within the Qualifications Credit Framework (QCF).

NFoPP Awarding Body holds an annual awards ceremony celebrating the hard work and dedication of people that have completed a property qualification.

The 2016 award event was be our biggest yet with three new awards added to the line-up to recognise new talent entering the industry and the employers that encourage staff development through NFoPP Awarding Body qualifications.

On the 13 May, we announced the winners of the awards where we crowned Sharon Smart (pictured), Student of the Year and Trudi Netherwood took home the Lettings Candidate of the Year.
