Qualifications accepted by ARLA for membership
The National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP) Awarding Body is a sister company of ARLA membership division and all qualifications offered by the NFoPP Awarding Body have been agreed as suitable for membership of ARLA.
If you wish to work within Residential Letting as an Agent and are not yet qualified or you want to have the most current knowledge and qualification, then the NFoPP Awarding Body QCF qualifications are the perfect place to begin.
NFoPP Level 2 Awards and Level 3 Technical Awards
These qualifications are also set at the required level of qualification in order to join ARLA as a Member and ARLA fully support the NFoPP Awarding Body qualifications.

These qualifications are home study and accepted for varying levels of membership with ARLA. Employees will be required to hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification. Directors will be required to hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification. ARLA can advise you on these requirements if further clarification is required.
NFoPP Level 4 Certificate
The NFoPP Awarding Body also offers a higher level of qualification, which is accepted along with five years industry experience for Fellow Membership.
The Level 4 Certificate in Residential Letting & Property Management is currently only applicable to England & Wales and it builds upon the knowledge gained and proven within the Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management England & Wales. Therefore candidates must hold the Level 3 to progress onto the Level 4 Certificate.

The NFoPP Awarding Body is regulated by Ofqual and the qualifications offered are approved and regulated by Ofqual and will attribute all learners with credits within the Qualifications Credit Framework (QCF).
