The Association of Residential Letting Agents is committed to
raising standards within the letting and property management
profession through qualifications and training, we offer a range of
specialist short courses which are aimed at staff of all
levels; many of which support and compliment our qualification
programme.
Please note that admission to ARLA membership is through the
Technical Award in
Residential Letting and Property Management
Continuing Professional Development
Members are required to undertake at least 12 hours CPD activity
per year and our short courses are a great way to keep up to date
with changes in the industry or improve your knowledge and
skills. A full day course will account for 7 hours CPD and a
half day course 3.5 hours.
In House Courses
If your company has a number of delegates they would like to
train in any one of our courses we can arrange for our trainer to
come to you, you will need a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 20
delegates, if you would like more information then please contact

Discount
If you are an Individual Member of ARLA, NAEA, ICBA or NAVA you
will qualify for the member rate for our courses and if you book 3
or more courses at the same time you will receive 10% discount.
£1 from each course booked will be donated to the NFoPP
Benevolent Fund, the aim of which is to provide financial support
to past or present members of NAEA, ARLA, ICBA and NAVA in specific
cases of severe financial hardship.
