manage a block in accordance with statute. For all those who have
completed the introduction and for experienced professionals to
up-date their knowledge of the Common-hold and Leasehold Reform Act
2002. This course is designed as an essential tool to ensure
compliance in the day to day administration of a Block Management

regimes
- Health and Safety: legal requirements for Block Managers
Practical examples will be referred to throughout the day and
the participants are encouraged to bring any relevant material from
their own practices.
