Shula is the leasehold consultant to the Southern Landlords
Association. She has attended the Government Working parties on
Leasehold Reform, Commonhold, and the Registration of Managing
Agents. She has been thanked in Parliament for her work in
the reform of leasehold law.
She has drafted the National Block Management Terms and
Conditions for ARLA and presents all ARLA Block Management
Courses.
She is director of a company which specialises in Right to
Manage. Her extensive knowledge of Block Management illuminates a
difficult but highly remunerative branch of management.
