This one day course aims to increase delegates' knowledge of the
definitions and contents contained in the Tenancy Agreement and
Terms of Business, including the effect of new legislation and case
law. This workshop encourages delegate participation through
practical exercises in drafting clauses.
Who is this course for?
Senior managers, negotiators and any other person drafting
tenancy agreements as part of their job. It is recommended that
experienced delegates attend who have recently attended the Letting
and Property Management Part A, B and C Courses. NB Review of
clauses does not mean that delegates' agreements will be redrafted
as part of this course.
