Repossessions and Court Procedures

Most agents will at some time have to attend court to give evidence on behalf of a client. This course is a brainstorming, trouble shooting session, which examines the worst situations, dissects them and transforms them into manageable pieces giving practical advice and examples.

Who is this course for?

Managers, senior negotiators and property managers and other experienced staff. It is strongly recommended that delegates attend the Letting and Property Management Parts A, B and C before considering this course, otherwise full benefit may not be obtained.
