Dealing with Difficult People

In this session we will explore how to exceed your customer’s expectations time and time again aligned with your own company’s core values and service standards in order to prevent them from being difficult in the first place.

However, no matter where you work or what you do, you are bound to run into colourful characters and therefore learning how best to deal with them is critical to your success (and sanity!) in the workplace.

This interactive course will provide you with the skills, knowledge and confidence and you will leave equipped with some strategies and perfect phrases to enable you to handle conflict, confrontations and challenging behaviours.
