Propertymark Qualifications offer specialist, regulated property qualifications which are completed flexibly through distance learning. Exams consist of multiple choice questions and can be booked at local test centres across the UK. NEW TO THE INDUSTRY?

Award in Introduction to Residential Property Management Practice

This is an introductory qualification ideal for those who wish to enter the profession and have no previous experience. It requires approximately 90 study hours to complete and you will receive a nationally recognised qualification equivalent to GCSE/Intermediate. The qualification is also accepted for ARLA Propertymark membership providing you are not a Principal, Partner or Director of a property company.

DO YOU HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE?

Award in Residential Letting and Property Management

Formerly known as the Technical Award this qualification is ideal for candidates wanting to improve existing knowledge in the key areas related to residential letting and property management. You can go straight into this qualification without having to complete the lower level qualification first.

It requires approximately 120 study hours to complete and you will receive a nationally recognised qualification equivalent to A Level/Higher. This qualification is accepted for ARLA Propertymark membership.

If you need some help we also offer an Official Qualification Support Course. Attendees will benefit from a day going through the more complex areas of the qualification. The session will also cover practice questions and exam techniques to best prepare you for your exam. More info...

ASPIRING FOR THE TOP?

Certificate in Residential Letting and Property Management

This professional qualification is for those currently working as or aspiring to work as a senior letting manager. You can not go straight into this qualification, you must first pass the Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.

It requires approximately 260 study hours to complete and you will receive a nationally recognised qualification at a level equivalent to a Certificate of Higher Education. The qualification is also accepted for ARLA Propertymark Fellow grade providing the company you work for is Propertymark Protected.
