The courses have been designed to offer a range of
training opportunities for those working in Residential Letting and
Property Management and are also linked to support the syllabus for the
Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.
Courses are available at the following levels:
Introductory Courses:
These courses are for those who are new to letting or have been working
for six to eight months in the industry. The courses will provide the
basic training needed to develop the skills as a negotiator.
Intermediate:
These courses offer essential training to back up the knowledge and
understanding gained whilst working in the industry. The intermediate
courses relate to the syllabus of the Technical Award in Residential
Letting and Property Management and have been designed as a study aid
for the Level 3 qualification as well as a stand-along course.
Higher:
The higher courses provide more detailed and specialist knowledge that
is required within a senior role in agency. The Higher level courses can
also be useful for those considering the Diploma for Residential Letting
and Management.
