We’re offering an opportunity for you to hear from Angela Davey and Kirsty Finney, presidents of ARLA Propertymark and NAEA Propertymark respectively, sharing their experience of regulation, stealth lobbying and professional qualifications in practice. In turn, they are keen to learn about the needs of members in your region in these small, interactive sessions.

Our NAEA and ARLA Regional Reps will be giving an overview of the current market in your area

This session is designed to enable members to connect with their regional representative and national president. Please use this session as a chance to ask any questions you may have.

Mrs Angela Davey

Based in Cardiff, Angela Davey is Head of Lettings and Property Management for Peter Alan Ltd and launched PA Black Lettings to deal with high end rentals. She is marking 30 years in membership, has been a regional representative for more than five years, feeding information about the needs of agents in Wales into our development. With lettings regulated in Wales, Angela has been representing ARLA Propertymark as  a member of a Welsh Government stakeholder group advising the Welsh Government on housing policy. I have also consulted on training of both landlords and agents for RSW which is an important part of the current licencing process.

Miss Kirsty Finney

Kirsty Finney co-founded Rodgers & Finney in Belfast in 2017, building rapidly to make it one of Northern Ireland’s most popular and successful estate agencies and being awarded Belfast Telegraph Young Agent of the Year.  Kirsty has been pivotal in the signing of an MoU between Propertymark, the Law Society and RICS which is designed to speed communications with conveyancers to reduce transactions times .
