Jordan Buchanan

N.Ireland’s recent economic performance can be characterised by a booming labour market but weak economic growth. Brexit, political deadlock at Stormont and global economic fragility are some of the biggest challenges facing business and outlook remains particularly uncertain. From a property perspective, the market has performed particularly well, recording 5 consecutive years of growth in house prices and sales. However, the success hasn’t been enjoyed across all areas. PropertyPal’s new research will provide a comprehensive overview of the property market with a truly local dimension.
