Ms Yetunde Dania

Yetunde is a partner and leads a team which specialises in residential real estate management issues and disputes in the Trowers & Hamlins' Birmingham office. Yetunde joined the firm in 2011 from Shoosmiths solicitors.

Yetunde specialises in advising and representing registered providers, private landlords and Letting Agents in all contentious and non-contentious matters relating to residential real estate management issues and dispites.

Yetunde's particular areas of interest are tenancy fraud, anti-social behaviour remedies, succession issues, disrepair claims in both the County and Magistrates' courts, mental health and Equality Act issues, unlawful occupiers, debt recovery litigation, rent increase, shared ownership and leaseholder issues.

Yetunde is acknowledged as a leading individual for her Real Estate Litigation work in the Chambers and Partners' Guide to the Legal Profession 2016, where she is recognised for her social housing management expertise.

James Munro

James Munro

James Munro joined the Trading Standards profession in 1989 and now heads the National Trading Standards Estate Agency Team (NTSEAT), which is the UK’s Lead Enforcement Authority for estate agency work. James is a Chartered Trading Standards Practitioner and was Chair of the Wales Branch of the Chartered Trading Standards Institute from 2013 to 2015. He is a regular speaker at key industry events around the country, including NAEA seminars, the Property Ombudsman conference, and RICS CPD seminars. James was responsible for re-developing the ‘Guidance on Property Sales’ document which gives advice to industry and enforcement agencies on the CPRs and BPRs. He is also a contributor to the RICS isurv resource.


NTSEAT is hosted by Powys County Council and is responsible for issuing prohibition and warning orders to unfit individuals and businesses, and for approving the UK’s three consumer redress schemes and alternative dispute resolution services. The team also produces guidance for the estate agency profession and advises the UK government about developments in the industry. Contact the team at

He has been an ARLA Propertymark Board member since 2015 and is passionate about member interests, adding value to membership and the implementation of regulation into our industry.
