 Stuart is Account Manager for the South West for NAEA Propertymark, with over 10 years’ experience across all disciplines within estate agency and brings with him a wealth of knowledge. He really understands the challenges that agents come up against and is enthusiastic and driven to help Propertymark affect change within the industry.

 

Adrian McClinton

Adrian McClinton

Adrian McClinton specialises in Real Estate Litigation.  He has acted for land owners/landlords and high net worth individuals with portfolios and ownership ranging from the small (1- 20 properties) to the very large (70,000 + properties).

His areas of expertise are all aspects of Landlord and Tenant law (commercial and residential); breach of contract; debt recovery; and boundary/neighbour disputes.  He heads up the Real Estate litigation offering at Coffin Mew LLP.  

Abrar Hussain Aziz

Abrar Hussain Aziz

Abrar has been a team member since 2008. He initially set up the call centre for Gas Safe during the transition period. He is currently looking at new business developments opportunities with a specific interest in the role of retailers when it comes to gas safety. Abrar has worked on a number of high profile contracts before joining the Gas Safe team

As well as his full time job Abrar is also a school governor, is chair of the Coventry Cricket 40 over league and runs his own charity where he feeds the homeless on a weekly basis. Never enough hours in the day.
