Kelly Wallace has been part of The Tenancy Deposit Scheme for five years, initially within the Dispute Resolution team, progressing to a central role within the Customer Relations department and now the Senior Business Development Executive. Kelly’s focus within TDS is membership, business development and growth; this encompasses all aspects of new business across both the Insured and Custodial schemes.

Paul Shamplina has spent over 25 years helping landlords with bad tenants. As co-founder he set up Landlord Action in 1999, they are market leaders and longest serving independent company specialising in fixed fee property recovery and tenant eviction in England and Wales.  Landlord Action is Regulated by the Solicitor Regulation Authority.  He has acquired a reputation as the landlord’s friend in the press.

He appears regularly on television, radio and within the national and regional press; as well as speaking at seminars to landlords and letting agents.

Paul ‘s latest TV appearance was on Channel 5’s successful series  ‘ Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords’, He is now filming series 6, which is out next year.  He is also on the Advisory Council for The Property Redress Scheme and has been advised the Government on a Think Tank on Speeding Up Eviction Process, along with consultation on the Deregulation Act and Housing Courts.  He is the Brand Ambassador of Hamilton Fraser, for brands such as My Deposits, The Property Redress Scheme, Client Money Protect, Total Landlord Insurance, Landlord Zone and Tenant Verify.

Paul has also launched his second book called ‘The Landlord’s Friend’, with Property Commentator Kate Faulkner and runs a successful workshop for Letting Agents in their offices.

Rob has been a partner of Dutton Gregory since 1987 and founded the Landlord and Tenant department in 1993. Rob’s work includes more complicated dilapidations and possession cases as well as work for a number of clients with large block management portfolios. He has an excellent reputation as a dynamic speaker for the UK’s foremost professional bodies for letting agents, providing legal updates and specialist lettings training. Rob has immense experience of landlord and tenant issues. He has been seen on BBC’s Watchdog and is a regular contributor to industry publications.
