After a brief foray into Mortgage Brokering he set up Shefflets in 2007. Now the four directors of Shefflets have launched Vouch, the first fully automated tenant application system on the market. Paul Shamplina has spent over 25 years helping landlords with bad tenants. As co-founder he set up Landlord Action in 1999, they are market leaders and longest serving independent company specialising in fixed fee property recovery and tenant eviction in England and Wales.  Landlord Action is Regulated by the Solicitor Regulation Authority.  He has acquired a reputation as the landlord’s friend in the press.

He appears regularly on television, radio and within the national and regional press; as well as speaking at seminars to landlords and letting agents.

Paul ‘s latest TV appearance was on Channel 5’s successful series  ‘ Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords’, He is now filming series 6, which is out next year.  He is also on the Advisory Council for The Property Redress Scheme and has been advised the Government on a Think Tank on Speeding Up Eviction Process, along with consultation on the Deregulation Act and Housing Courts.  He is the Brand Ambassador of Hamilton Fraser, for brands such as My Deposits, The Property Redress Scheme, Client Money Protect, Total Landlord Insurance, Landlord Zone and Tenant Verify.

Paul has also launched his second book called ‘The Landlord’s Friend’, with Property Commentator Kate Faulkner and runs a successful workshop for Letting Agents in their offices.

Philip has been working in the south west property market for almost 40 years, having started in sales before transferring to lettings 25 years ago. He has been an active member of both NAEA and ARLA Propertymark over that time; and has been a Board member for the last 5 years. He is passionate about the industry and wants to engage with members and share that passion and pride for what we do.

Yetunde is a partner and leads a team which specialises in residential real estate management issues and disputes in the Trowers & Hamlins' Birmingham office. Yetunde joined the firm in 2011 from Shoosmiths solicitors.

Yetunde specialises in advising and representing registered providers, private landlords and Letting Agents in all contentious and non-contentious matters relating to residential real estate management issues and dispites.

Yetunde's particular areas of interest are tenancy fraud, anti-social behaviour remedies, succession issues, disrepair claims in both the County and Magistrates' courts, mental health and Equality Act issues, unlawful occupiers, debt recovery litigation, rent increase, shared ownership and leaseholder issues.

Yetunde is acknowledged as a leading individual for her Real Estate Litigation work in the Chambers and Partners' Guide to the Legal Profession 2016, where she is recognised for her social housing management expertise.
