New President set to lead the way for 2020

After a vigorous selection process, today (21 January), Angela Davey has been appointed to take ARLA Propertymark forward in 2020 as its next President.

ARLA Propertymark Board Member and Regional Representative, Angela Davey, has assumed the Presidency Elect and will be bringing her expertise as ARLA Propertymark President in June.

With the vast amount of change in legislation across the UK, Angela’s 30 years industry experience in Wales will arm ARLA Propertymark with valuable insight.

Angela started her career in the industry in 1990 as Lettings Manager at Royal Insurance Property Services and soon became an ARLA Propertymark member.

In 2003, Angela was appointed Head of Lettings and Property Management at Peter Alan and last year launched the PA Black Lettings brand which specialises in high-end rentals. Angela is also accredited to deliver Rent Smart Wales approved training.

The 25th ARLA Propertymark Conference takes place on Tuesday 24 March and is a vital forum to get up to date on a host of topical issues, keep abreast of changing legislation and network with colleagues in the industry.

The 2019 Conference was attended by some 1000 delegates representing letting industry professionals and sold out several weeks before the event.
