Landlords and private renters needed to help shape future PRS

Manchester City Council are calling for local landlords and private renters to help form an updated Private Rented Sector Strategy by attending drop-in sessions and responding to their consultation.

Privately rented homes have become one of the most popular types of housing in the city, so it is important that as it grows standards are maintained and the sector retains the trust of Manchester people.
