Lettings Law in Practice - Northern Ireland

Tailored specifically for the Northern Ireland property professional, this course will provide you with a practical understanding of the latest letting’s legislation, helping you stay the right side of the law as well as offering the best service to your clients.

Critically, it also explains the new HMO regime which came into effect on 1 April 2019, which has a significant effect on the way’s HMOs are licensed and managed.
