It serves as a revision course to support your home study, with practice questions and exam techniques to get you as prepared as possible and offer help on areas you may be struggling with.

Meet Your Trainer

Tim is an NAEA Propertymark Fellow and has been in the residential property industry for over 25 years as an estate agent, letting and managing agent, trainer and consultant. He has worked with both single office independent companies and multi-office organisations throughout the UK.

Tim has contributed to several articles in publications including The Independent and The Financial Times in relation to risk management and residential property in the UK.
