Preparing for Management

This course will provide an overview of the keys skills necessary for negotiators to successfully take the step up to a management position. Delegates will learn how to use a variety of communication methods, develop the skills needed to make meetings productive and perfect the ‘5 steps of efficient delegation’. The session will also enable new managers to set appropriate goals for their department, develop key performance indicators in order to motivate staff and use their time effectively.

This one-day session will also help attendees to identify areas of development so they can assume responsibility for an area of a business with confidence.

Dean Ayling

Dean has been involved in the Sales and Lettings business since 1981 and has been running his own successful agency in North West London since 1989.

Dean has served as an ARLA Regional Representative as well as sitting on ARLA's National / Divisional Council and Examination Boards.

Dean continues to run his agency as well as providing training and consultancy services specialising in the area of Residential Letting and Property Management.
