Meet the trainer
Ian worked in letting agencies for almost 20 years before he joined ARLA Propertymark. During his time here he met with many government departments and politicians concerning the PRS in all legal jurisdictions, including the introduction of Tenancy Deposit Protection.
Having retired in 2014, Ian currently works as a consultant for several companies related to the PRS including Propertymark Qualifications, TDS and Safe Deposits where he was recently appointed the chairman of the Board of Directors. Ian has wide knowledge and understanding of the issues surrounding client accounting having experiencing many different software systems and processes.
