This course is for estate agents who have been in the industry for at least 12 months. It focusses on valuing property, marketing and retaining customers. Learn about the role and duties of a senior sales negotiator/valuer, how to work in a compliant manner and the best methods to differentiate yourself from your competitors.

This course comprises of three 90-minute sessions with breaks in between each session.
