Conducting effective, safe viewings (virtual training)

Get the most out of your viewings with tips across all aspects of the process to help you conduct them safely—whilst never missing a business opportunity. We’ll also talk about how to use a Property Information Questionnaire to build a professional rapport before asking ‘killer’ feedback questions to truly gauge their level of interest.

Part one (theory):

  • The viewing process with useful tips
  • How to conduct viewings safely (COVID-19 and risk assessments)
  • Understanding the different selling opportunities

Part two (practice):

  • How to adapt your viewings to exploit selling opportunities
  • Using a Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) to build rapport
  • Killer feedback questions to gauge serious interest

This course comprises of two 90-minute sessions with a break in between the two sessions.
