Lettings refresher advanced (virtual training)

This virtual training course provides an update on the more complex areas of lettings and designed for letting agents who are confident with the basics. Whilst the training provides a useful recap, it also provides an opportunity for you to apply your knowledge to testing scenarios. This course is flexible in nature so you can probe for answers in areas that don't come as naturally to you.

  • Decisions of the courts

This course comprises of three 90-minute sessions with breaks in between each session.

Meet the trainer

Penny Schofield

Penny Schofield

Penny set up and ran her own lettings agency for ten years before concentrating on providing comprehensive training for letting agents throughout the country. As a former Prosecutor, she is a solicitor advocate with an in-depth background in landlord and tenant law.

Penny has worked for the Home Office developing their Anti-Social Behaviour Policy (ASB) and joined their task force to promote new ASB legislation amongst both the private sector and social housing. She has been a Propertymark trainer for over 16 years.
