This virtual course will highlight the keys skills necessary for negotiators to successfully take the step up to management. Develop the skills needed to make meetings productive and perfect the ‘five steps of efficient delegation’. Set appropriate goals for your department, develop key performance indicators to motivate staff and use their time effectively.

This course comprises of three 90-minute sessions with breaks in between each session.
