PRT three years on (virtual training)

With the introduction of the PRT nearly three years ago, this course will look at what we've learned through the development of the agreement and the effect from some of the decisions by the First Tier Tribunal Housing and Property Chamber.

  • Serving documents
  • Ending tenancies
  • Joint tenancies
  • Grounds for possession
  • COVID-19 procedures

This course comprises of two sessions with a break in between both sessions.

Jacqueline Omoniyi

Jacqueline Omoniyi

Jacqueline has over 20 years’ experience in Scotland’s private rented sector, having worked for some well-established letting agencies, she took the leap and started her own company, which she successfully developed before selling to a major national operator, in order to concentrate on her young family.

A former Regional Representative for ARLA Propertymark, Jacqueline has extensive knowledge of property management, business development, HMO Licensing, Build to Rent & purpose-built student accommodation regulation and she also has a keen interest in lobbying for positive change within the sector.
